APC Producers’ Committees are established to provide services to the producers’ industry. Producer involvement in APC Producers’ Committees is vital to the effectiveness of Committees.
The Commission advertises for nominations for Committee memberships annually in March, and appointments are generally made for terms of three years.
Nominations are invited from individuals with a broad range of industry and governance skills relevant to the Producers’ Committee, however only Committee members who are fee-for-service payers for the relevant produce will have voting rights on that Producers’ Committee.
